Really like the new design – brilliant content including how new technologies are being utilised by Fabric Interface, and generally a really user friendly site.
What a great looking site – really pleasing to the eye, with great bite-sized information without any form of visual overload… I too really like the design with the hands.
I am particularly interested by Fabric Interface’s policy of offsetting the carbon footprint associated with the design and hosting of a web site. This has real relevance in this day and age.
The Interface Container seems very innovative as well; in the media industry people often attempt to send large files as email attachments, which either cause problems for delivery, or simply fill up mailboxes at a rate of knots. The Interface Container looks like a great tool to overcome this problem, and offers more security for the sharing of files than a plain email can.
Having looked at the Fabric Interface site, and some of the sites in their portfolio (4theRecord is a great example of strong, focused design in my opinion) , I will certainly be contacting the folk at Fabric Interface to see how their offerings can tie in with my business needs.
